The timer is a game changer. Waking up to the sound of the grinder and the smell of fresh coffee is the only way to start a Scottish winter morning. The thermal jug is excellent; I can have a second cup two hours later and it's still piping hot.
Much better than my old Russell Hobbs. The grind quality is consistent and the machine looks very sleek on my worktop. It's actually quite compact for a bean-to-cup filter machine.
As someone who works from a home office, having a full pot of properly hot coffee that doesn't get 'stewed' on a hotplate is vital. This machine delivers exactly that. Very impressed with the build quality.
Great machine, easy to clean. My only minor gripe is the water level window is on the side, which is slightly awkward in my narrow kitchen corner, but the coffee quality is superb.
